FAQs

What stage of recovery do I need to be?

The Breast Cancer Recovery Method is recommended for women at any stage during their breast cancer journey. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, if you’re still undergoing active treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy), pre and post reconstructive surgery.

How is the program delivered?

The Breast Cancer Recovery Method is a 6 week self-paced course where you will have access to an easy to use online video library and course materials.

While we do recommend you follow the weekly structure, as the weekly lives calls will follow the topics in order, new modules will be released each week.

What if I miss a week of the program?

You will have lifetime access to the online portal, so you may go back and watch as you like if it takes you longer than 6 weeks to complete.

Will this work for my kind of recovery?

Yes, absolutely. While every woman will have a unique diagnosis and journey with cancer, the Breast Cancer Recovery Method has been created to ensure that we cover the common aspects of recovery.

How long do I need to commit each week?

It will take you approximately an hour or two each week. The weekly modules are broken down into 6-8 easily digestible videos for you to watch.

You also have the option to attend the weekly 60 min Live Zoom calls where we discuss and any questions relevant to that week.

What happens if I miss a Live Zoom call?

If you are unable to attend the live calls, not to worry - All the calls will be recorded and uploaded to the Private Facebook group so you can watch at your leisure.
